• Design and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons tailored to students' needs and levels.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and teaching objectives.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and interaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends in Mandarin language instruction.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or fluent speaker of Mandarin with a strong command of the language.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin, or a related field. A teaching certification (e.g., SERTIFIKASI PENGAMPU MANDARIN) is a plus.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in Mandarin, preferably in an educational setting.
• Experience with teaching diverse student populations and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in students.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps.
