📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental management systems in accordance with international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, including waste management, energy efficiency, and water conservation.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety, environmental, and sustainability best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for any potential incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001) and ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with HSE management software such as SAP, QHSE, or similar tools is an advantage.
