📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries about medications, health products, and general healthcare advice
- Promote health and wellness products to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
- Stock and manage inventory of medications and health products
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in training new staff and maintaining high standards of service
- Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmacy or sales roles
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy practices and medications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet software
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
