In your daily tasks, you will monitor and control the IPAL treatment processes, including the activation of sludge, aeration, and clarification. Additionally, you will conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure that the treated wastewater meets the required quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of IPAL treatment plants, ensuring efficient and effective wastewater treatment.
• Monitor and control treatment processes, including sludge activation, aeration, and clarification.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure treated wastewater meets quality standards.
• Monitor and record treatment process data, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
• Maintain and update operational manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the treatment plant staff, following all safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance treatment efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wastewater treatment operations, preferably in IPAL systems.
• Certification in wastewater treatment or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and treatment process control software.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
• Commitment to environmental sustainability and a strong work ethic.
