📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the design and maintenance of engineering projects under the supervision of the Plant Head.
Conduct technical research and analysis using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MATLAB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical and soft skills.
Document and report on project progress, including technical drawings, reports, and presentations.
Contribute to quality control processes to ensure all work meets industry standards.
Support the Plant Head in developing and implementing engineering best practices.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and manuals for ongoing projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or diploma holder in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
