Executive (Inventory Management)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that our inventory systems are up-to-date and accurate. You will use industry-standard tools such as SAP and Oracle to manage inventory data and generate reports. Additionally, you will work closely with the procurement team to negotiate contracts and ensure that we are receiving the best possible prices for our inventory items.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory items and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle to manage inventory data, generate reports, and analyze inventory trends.
• Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective inventory procurement.
• Implement inventory control measures to prevent theft, damage, and loss of inventory items.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and work with the sales team to forecast future inventory needs.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, with a strong background in using SAP and Oracle.
• Proven track record of successfully managing inventory levels and reducing costs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
