In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the architecture and construction materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the architecture and construction materials sector,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Prepare and present project proposals and specifications to clients,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships,Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product selection and specifications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the architecture and construction materials sector,Strong understanding of the architecture and construction materials industry,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus
