📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the management of Marine Hull, Cargo, and P&I claims
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims
- Negotiate settlements with clients and third parties
- Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and surveyors to ensure efficient claims processing
- Monitor claims status and follow up on pending claims
- Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with insurance regulations
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on claims-related matters
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine insurance claims management
- Proven track record in handling Marine Hull, Cargo, and P&I claims
- Strong knowledge of marine insurance regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian
- Experience with claims management software such as Guidewire or similar
- Certification in marine insurance claims handling is a plus
