• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the villa.
• Use professional cleaning tools and equipment to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
• Manage and maintain the laundry and ironing services to ensure that linens and textiles are properly cared for.
• Inspect and address any maintenance issues to ensure that the villa remains in excellent condition.
• Work closely with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cleaning techniques and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with professional cleaning tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of laundry and ironing services.
