Shape Up is seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) Doctor to join our healthcare team in Bali. As a GP, you will play a pivotal role in delivering primary healthcare services, including curative, preventive, and rehabilitative care to patients of all ages. Our practice is located in various areas of Bali, such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, offering a unique blend of urban and rural healthcare settings.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, providing health education, and coordinating care with specialists when necessary. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, pharmacists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, including medical consultations, diagnostics, and treatments.
• Develop and maintain patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as SIMRS or SIMRS Khanza.
• Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions, working closely with our pharmacist.
• Perform routine health screenings and vaccinations.
• Coordinate care with specialists, including internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics, when necessary.
• Provide health education and promote preventive healthcare measures.
• Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with the latest medical guidelines and advancements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Practitioner in an international or private healthcare setting.
• Professional certification from the Indonesian Medical Association (IMI) or equivalent.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid medical license and practice permit for Indonesia.
