📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host engaging and interactive livestreams on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Promote products and services effectively while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Respond to viewer questions and comments in real-time, ensuring a positive and dynamic atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute livestream content strategies.
• Use live polls, quizzes, and other interactive features to increase viewer engagement.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and company policies to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve livestream quality and viewer experience.
• Provide feedback on viewer interactions and suggest improvements for future livestreams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate or recent graduate with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hosting live events or social media content is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations with professionalism.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming tools like OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or similar.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about creating engaging content.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
