📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and environmental management plans.
• Monitor and report on environmental impact assessments and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to workers on safety and environmental best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and environmental data.
• Collaborate with the HSE team to continuously improve safety and environmental performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering and HSE management.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and SAP for project management and data analysis.
• Certifications in K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) and environmental management are a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety and sustainability.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
