Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to excellence, working closely with our suppliers to maintain stringent quality control measures.

In this role, you'll oversee our supplier quality assurance processes, ensuring that all ingredients and materials meet our rigorous standards. You'll conduct regular audits, manage supplier performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. With a strong background in food safety and quality assurance, you'll leverage tools like SQF (Safe Quality Food) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) to drive our operations forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee supplier quality assurance processes, including audits and inspections.
• Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Leverage SQF and HACCP standards to ensure food safety and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain supplier quality assurance documentation and records.
• Provide training and support to suppliers to improve their quality assurance practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in food safety and quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality assurance, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
• Certifications in SQF and HACCP are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to travel frequently to supplier locations across Bali.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
