📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities across our properties in Bali.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage contracts and ensure quality service.
• Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage the facilities budget and report on expenditures to senior management.
• Collaborate with the property management team to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
• Proven track record of managing maintenance operations and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendors and staff.
• Proficiency in using facilities management software such as ServiceMax, FM:Pro, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
