📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including social media, digital, and traditional advertising.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Create and manage content calendars for various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the design and creative teams to develop visually appealing marketing materials.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's brand guidelines.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the senior management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the marketing industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in digital marketing or a related field is a plus.
