📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documents, including manuals, guides, and user documentation.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical documentation meets the needs of our users.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through effective communication and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience in working with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
