We are seeking a talented and experienced SMT Engineering Manager to join our team at IOT Manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) engineering processes, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of our production lines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the SMT engineering processes, including line setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SMT engineering with other production processes.
  • Develop and implement SMT engineering best practices and standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
  • Monitor and analyze SMT line performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to the SMT engineering team.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in SMT technology and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the SMT engineering area.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SMT engineering, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, and materials.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Familiarity with SMT engineering software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
