📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and coordinate all civil engineering activities on-site.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Monitor project progress and report to the project manager.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Manage and supervise a team of engineers and workers.

Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation.

Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and in good condition.

Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering for civil projects.

Experience in marine and infrastructure projects is a plus.

Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with construction software and tools.

Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
