Trends Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Engineer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Identity Access Management (IAM) systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and maintain UEM and IAM solutions to secure and manage endpoints and identities.,Monitor and troubleshoot UEM and IAM systems to ensure optimal performance and security.,Collaborate with IT teams to integrate UEM and IAM solutions with other systems and applications.,Develop and implement security policies and procedures for UEM and IAM.,Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and IT staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UEM and IAM.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in UEM and IAM technologies.,Strong knowledge of UEM and IAM platforms such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Jamf, or CrowdStrike, and Identity Providers like Azure AD, Okta, or Ping Identity.,Experience with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.,Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
