Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park (GWK) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and FIT (Fly In, Travel) team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.,Collaborate with the MICE and FIT teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.,Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and leads.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the travel and tourism industry.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote GWK and build brand awareness.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.,Strong understanding of the MICE and FIT markets and the ability to develop and present compelling proposals.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
