📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.,Promote a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining a sterile workspace.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.,Report any adverse events or incidents to the appropriate authorities and follow up on patient outcomes.,Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including inventory control and supply ordering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care.,Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
