📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.Documenting patient records accurately and maintaining patient confidentiality.Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.Participating in staff meetings and continuing education to stay updated on best practices.Reporting any adverse events or incidents to the appropriate authorities.Promoting a positive and respectful work environment for all staff members.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant country.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.🛠️ Keahlian
