Amplified Marketing is seeking a dedicated Marketing Agency Operations & Executive Assistant to join our team in Jakarta Raya. This role is based in Singapore but requires frequent travel to Jakarta for client meetings and project coordination.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing agency operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing administrative support to our executive team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the coordination and management of marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
• Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, with a high level of professionalism.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the executive team.
• Support the marketing team in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, including market research and analysis.
• Maintain and update the agency's database and CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in the organization and execution of client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing software is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
