Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
