📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of maintenance parts and services.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide training and support to junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality or facility management industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP or similar.
• Certifications in relevant maintenance areas, such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, vendors, and other departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, facility management, or a related discipline.
