📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet distribution targets.,Manage a team of distribution officers to ensure efficient operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and inventory levels.,Identify and implement improvements to the distribution process.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on distribution activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
