📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage inventory levels and place orders for food supplies.,Train and mentor junior cooks on food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new menu items.,Monitor food costs and suggest ways to reduce waste and improve efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of cooks.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience in managing kitchen inventory and supplies.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
