In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of tax regulations and procedures.
