📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments,Check guests in and out, and assist with room assignments,Handle front desk operations, including reservations and cancellations,Maintain a clean and organized reception area,Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions,Assist with event planning and coordination,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Good organizational and multitasking abilities,Familiarity with basic computer software and hotel management systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Professional and polite demeanor,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
