📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales activities in the assigned area.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales representatives to improve performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or sales management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales management software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Must be able to travel frequently to the assigned area.,Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
