📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Provide training and education to employees on health, safety, and environmental matters.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility.
  • Develop and maintain HSE programs and initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certification in health, safety, or environmental management is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
