📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle office administration tasks such as filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.,Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and available when needed.,Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other office activities.,Support the HR department with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documents.,Maintain the office environment by ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.,Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative documents.,Provide general support to the office staff as needed.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in office administration or related fields is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a must.,Proficient in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
