In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other relevant departments to ensure smooth vehicle operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and are properly insured.,Handle vehicle bookings and assignments, ensuring they are allocated appropriately.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify any issues and address them promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other related activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic regulations and road conditions in Maros.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
