• Create and maintain customer databases using CRM tools like Salesforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer engagement or a related role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
