The selected candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales counter to ensure efficient and effective sales transactions.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory.,Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.,Promote products and services to potential customers.,Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and securely.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with retail or sales operations is a plus.
