GLEAM Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to retail customers on product selection and usage.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct regular sales visits to retail outlets to monitor product performance and gather customer feedback.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to junior sales consultants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently to retail outlets.
