📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling daily transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Support the cashier in reconciling daily sales and ensuring accuracy.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Assist in training new staff on cash handling procedures and customer service standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the retail operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Proficient in using Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
