📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the business.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.
