📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and clear customs declarations for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent customs delays and penalties.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of customs transactions using SAP Customs Clearance and other relevant software.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs procedures and regulations.
• Stay updated with changes in customs laws and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments to processes.
• Resolve customs-related disputes and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
• Represent the company in customs audits and inspections, ensuring full compliance and readiness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance, with a proven track record in handling complex customs procedures.
• Certifications in SAP Customs Clearance or similar industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international customs regulations, including EORI and other relevant systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management processes.
