As a BIM Modeller (Civil & Structural), you'll be at the forefront of creating detailed 3D models that integrate civil and structural elements. Your daily tasks will involve developing accurate and efficient BIM models, ensuring seamless coordination between various project stakeholders. You'll work with industry-leading software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures to bring projects to life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for civil and structural elements using Autodesk Revit and Tekla Structures.
• Ensure accurate and efficient coordination of BIM models with various project stakeholders.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Create and maintain comprehensive BIM documentation and reports.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings to provide technical input and support.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM standards, software updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Contribute to the development of BIM templates and standards for future projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling for civil and structural projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures.
• Certification in BIM or relevant industry standards (e.g., BIM Level 2, BIM Level 3).
• Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
