📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
