Legal Officer (OSS & LKPM Specialist) - Manufacturing Industry

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and submit OSS and LKPM reports to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Prepare and maintain legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal records.
• Provide legal advice and support to the business, addressing legal issues and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and prepare reports for regulatory submissions.
• Stay updated on changes in manufacturing industry regulations and provide recommendations for compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all legal processes are documented and followed according to company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in legal matters, attending meetings and negotiations as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in legal compliance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSS and LKPM regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
