📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.
  • Monitor vehicle insurance and registration, ensuring all documents are up to date.
  • Schedule and arrange for routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support to the logistics team as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
