📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage sales and marketing activities in the assigned area.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in business development initiatives and represent the company at industry events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
